I went in after having my extensions put in elsewhere, asking for them to be blended and shortened as they were slightly too long for me.
Rather than be told she couldn't do this, she butchered my brand new expensive extensions.
I ended up having to pay extra for another hair cut and more off the extensions then I wanted.
