I’ve been for my 2nd session of my course of radio frequency, and Lorraine was just as attentive and reassuring.
The treatment itself is very relaxing and Lorraine makes every effort to maintain a calm and harmonious experience. I look forward to my next treatment!

I had never had micro needling before so wasn’t sure what to expect. Lorraine has a very amiable character and seemed knowledgable of the treatment as she talked me through the process, explained what results to expect from the first treatment, and how many more treatments I would need to see a significant change to my skin.
She took time to ensure that the numbing cream had taken effect before progressing to the full treatment and made sure I was relaxed throughout.
I will return.
