Lorraine is friendly but professional, and takes her time with her treatments… I never feel rushed, even if I’m a few minutes late.

I had never had micro needling before so wasn’t sure what to expect. Lorraine has a very amiable character and seemed knowledgable of the treatment as she talked me through the process, explained what results to expect from the first treatment, and how many more treatments I would need to see a significant change to my skin.
She took time to ensure that the numbing cream had taken effect before progressing to the full treatment and made sure I was relaxed throughout.
I will return.
