Lorraine was lovely, very good at putting me at ease. I have very light hair so was concerned about the brows being too dark. Lorraine was very consultative and listened to what I wanted - and delivered!

This is the best HD brows I have ever had, and I have had many. My eyebrows are fantastic, she spent a lot of time and care over making sure I was happy with the final finish. I will absolutely be returning again next time!
