The lady was very kind and nice and put me at ease. Being inside a quite small room made the waxing process a little messy but the result was incredible so I didn't care as she also really went the extra mile to take off all hairs!! Will definitely come back! Thank you!!

Have to give it one star only because she said she didn’t have my appointment even though I had email confirmation. Waste of my time. She was getting her hair done so didn’t want to wax me :-/
