I had a relaxer and I'm happy with the results

This is the 2nd time I have been to this salon. This time I had a classic facial as well as a lash lift. Loved the facial, as it was mainly massage & really relaxing, which is what I want in a facial, but there was no facial exfoliation included & it was only around 30 minutes. Lawrence gave me good advice for improving my skin like drinking more water, which I know I need to do & eating avocados. My skin was glowing & radiant afterwards. I was too busy admiring my improved skin that I did not notice that my lash lift was not successful this time! I had a lash lift with Laurence last time & it worked, so I know that she can do it properly. I phoned her later & she had rebooked me in to redo my lash lift this Saturday, so hopefully it will work this time!

I was a bit skeptical when I arrived at the salon, as the exterior looked a bit tacky! I was also expecting a male therapist, but Laurence turned out to be female, so I felt more comfortable. My left eye did sting a little bit after Laurence applied the perming solution, but she stayed with me throughout the treatment & relaxed me with a soothing head massage, which was such a nice extra touch. I have been to a few salons before for lash lifts & the therapist usually just leaves you alone after the perming solution is applied. Great service & value, but my left eye lid was slightly sore after the treatment & a bit swollen the next day!

nice staff, good service, gel nails didn't last that long but that's probably not due to any of the salon's doing

Really lovely hairdresser, makes me feel really comfortable. Very skilled at blow drying my hair, definitely better than my old hairdresser in Kensington that I paid more to. Definitely value to money. Added bonus is the amazing head massage! Really relaxing. Thank you!
