Booked in for a 1hr deep tissue massage with Tara to treat problems I was having with tightness in my upper body and restricted range of movement in my neck.
After consultation Tara worked on these areas with great attention to detail and correct amount of pressure I could withstand. I like a lot of pressure and she didn't hold back! Instantly felt relief after the massage and a week later my body feels great.
