I had an appointment at 10am. Was surprised to see shutters were down when I arrived. Stood outside patiently for half an hour and rang several times but no reply and no one came. I'm extremely disappointed as I had somewhere to be. Extremely unprofessional Will NOT be booking here again

There were very little to no precautions given COVID-19. I had to wait for 40 mins to be seen by a beautician.
