When I turned up for my booking I was informed there had been a problem with Treatwell as no room was available and I shouldn’t have been able to make the booking. I had to reschedule for a few days later - not ideal but an extra half hour massage added on free helped. The actual massage when I got it was brilliant. Highly recommend. Only down side - why use paper and not towels? Horrible in this heat as it sticks to you.
