She cancelled appointment 1st time & gave me another day. When i picked a slot during that time range she gave me, she couldn't make it. I should have learnt my lesson.
I booked again later, which she cancelled, cos she wanted payment in salon.I paid her in salon but unlike 1st cancellation she initiated, treatwell refund never came,she did nothing to my rectify refund issue.She didn't touch cuticles & nails for my friend's pedi.I was alone next door soaking feet for over 1h,loud TV, remote far

Bad experience! The nails appointment was incredibly long and was awkwardly quiet the whole time. I tried to make conversation multiple times but mostly she didn’t even respond.
I asked for French tips, she assumed the colors herself without checking with me, and ended up using a tacky pink powder which couldn’t be fixed later.
I went in next day to get it fixed and she refused to help me. I even mentioned it’s my wedding in 3 days & I’m desperate but she couldn’t care less.
Not recommended!
