They did not have the correct colour and but did not fully explain the colour they put on my hair. After it was done they kept telling me it was a semi so would wash out. I look like cartoon character my hair is so bright red. I have been wearing a beanie ever since. Thank god it is winter. Don’t think I will be going back. The jr was lovely and did a great blow dry. Just unhappy with the colour

I had a really nice experience with Paty. She did my hair for a black tie event and the style was really lovely and flattering. There was a bit of a language gap which meant some of the nuance of my request was missed but overall I was pleased.
