The room was bright, the room hadn't been set up for a facial, the therapist got product in my eye and then refused to admit that had happened (my eye was red for 3 days), the treatment consisted of cleanse, tone and a face mask which for 90 pounds is really bad value, the therapist wore gloves which was strange.
Alicia is a great hair dresser and Making waves salon y very welcoming and nice place to do your hair!
I am so happy with the colour service today. Looking forward to next appointment for a cut + colour. Thanks so much once again Kevin !
