I have been going to Mala Aesthetics for HydraFacial and laser hair removal for a year now. Pauline's technique and service are exceptional, and I especially appreciate her sense of humour :) The place is also very clean and cozy. I highly recommend it!

No one turned up for my appointment and +48 hours later I still haven't heard from the clinic despite calling multiple times and sending emails. Terrible customer service!
I arrived for my appointment, and no one was there. There is no reception desk, so I called their number. The number is an overflow service which didn’t provide any help, I left messages and was told I’d be called back. I waited 30 minutes and never received a call. I paid £100 at booking and now trying to get a refund! Awful!

This hidden gem of Crystal Palace. Starting with the place itself, brand new, clean and pleasant.
I had a previous consultation and they were so professional to advise on the best treatment to my skin. I got a hydrafacial. LOVE IT.
