Had a 9.30am appointment that they weren’t open for. I tried texting and calling the owner but her phone was off. I waited outside in the cold for half an hour whilst heavily pregnant. Still no apology message off the owner to say this was an oversight. Treatwell dealt with the issue very efficiently though.
