I was held up by excessive traffic and was 15 minutes late to ny appointment. She did her best to accommodate me and was even happy to change my treatment when it transpired that i had booked the wrong treatment. She takes prode in her work abd even when i was satisfied with it, she insisted on getting every single piece of hair off. I can't fault that and would happily go back.
