Very clean and reasonably friendly - slightly more expensive some other salons in the area and leg wax had a few strays remaining ... but bikini wax was thorough .

Marta was really sweet and did my colour well, but the haircut she gave me was not good. I don’t know if there was a communication break down, but I walked out with what I can only describe as a layered mullet, when I’d asked for a long bob with a couple of soft layered strands. I even had a couple of photos.
I’ve been crying for 3 days. It’s so, so bad. It looks terrible, and will take months and months to regrow. It’s too short to put into a pony tail, and it’s too warm for a hat or a wig, so I’m just having to use bobby pins to hide how bad it is. I really can’t stand looking in the mirror.
