The hairdresser was lovely and venue was great, everything felt very safe and COVID secure. My haircut is fine but not at all what I asked for - I showed a picture and explained what I wanted but it's really different. If I went back I would make sure to communicate very clearly and check throughout the cut.

Both my self and partner went to get eyebrows tinted and shaped. The shape of our brows are perfect.
The issue arose with the tinting. Black dye was used. Both of us are very fair skinned with brown hair. My partner asked for light tinting, I asked for dark. Her eyebrows are now black and very dark. Mine are also dark black. Hers look very out of place due to her lighter brown hair, mine less so due to dark brown hair.
If you are looking for brown tinting I would not recommend.

Marta was gentle and very efficient! Loved my hair cut and always happy after leaving the salon. My second visit and looking forward for a trim in a few months time. They are very serious and thorough about covid, wearing masks and regularly cleaning. Doing temperature checks and getting each customer to answer some questions to ensure everyone's safety. Felt confident that the salon was keeping to covid procedures and looking after their customers and staff.
