Very relaxing massage but I would have preferred to be asked what strength I'd prefer. I enjoy quite a firm massage and this was very light.

The hairdresser was very friendly but unfortunately the haircut is a disaster. I asked for layers and to take 5cm off (my hair was touching the middle of my back when curly) and i can barely attach it now.... Luckily hair grow back...

The tinting of the eyebrows was quite a bit darker than discussed before, however brilliant job on the shaping of the eyebrows and tinting of the lashes.
