The venue was surprisingly run-down and could do with some TLC. The treatment itself was fine and I had no complaints about this (although I was charged extra for getting my nails cut down).

The place looks really bad. The equipment used were not properly cleaned. The therapist tried to use an equipment that had just been used on another client without previously washing or sterilizing it. She was really slow and was dropping the equipment on the floor and then picking it up and continuing to use it as if nothing had happened. I had paid for a full shellac manicure and it chipped off after 3 days. Horrible service.

Would not recommend. The room was dirty and there was a very strong smell of paint despite the walls being full of marks (not recently painted). The staff seemed inexperienced.
