Lovely staff and good service BUT the the place is horrible! Seems very dirty messy and just unpleasant to be in. I won’t be going back

Fine but there was another customer having a loud conversation on a mobile - really rude and inappropriate - and I think they should tell someone like that to take the call outside. V annoying especially for the other customer who was having a head massage. Also, the threading was rushed and painful and drew blood this time - usually much better. I think the loud/rude customer was distracting them.

Very dingy and tired looking salon. No proper tables and the staff were not very nice. Wouldn’t go back here.
