I booked a gel removal and manicure session via Treatwell and got my confirmation email. only to be told that they will not do the full manicure because I didn't book 2 hours ahead of time. Then they said they didnt have the time to do my nails properly because they had other clients coming at 6pm. They left me with shabby nails after taking off my shellac at 5.48pm! Meanwhile they attended to walk-in customers.

Good Brazilian, also had my brows threaded and can't complain but it was pricey vis a vis other options near by!!!

The couch is completely wrapped in cling film and is pretty gross - there was a towel for head area and I could see dandruff on it before I lay down. Also most painful wax I’ve ever had and a lot of double dipping
