I asked for my eyebrows to be tinted darker brown but still natural - the lady left the dye on far too long and dyed them black. She then had to scrub off some of the colour, leaving my skin red and irritated. No apology for the mistake.

Really convenient location. The lady who did my waxing was lovely and put me at ease as I was it bit nervous.it being my first time! Only negative was my booking wasn't checked first so I ended up having more expensive treatments than I expected (But still exactly what I wanted)

But quite expensive (£20 with treatwell for -not hot- wax 1/2 legs)

I thought I lost my loyalty card and was given a replacement one with only one step. Following the appointment I found my previous card. Might have been nice to been asked and given a like for like replacement.
