Great services overall, venue could be updated. Staff was very friendly and attentive.

Although expensive the treatment itself had the desired effect. For the price and location I would expect staff to be a bit more professional and use their discretion when discussing things/making comments. A few inappropriate comments were passed quite loudly (so other clients/staff can hear) which I did not appreciate. Treatment lady then tried to charge me for something that I don't usually get charged for anywhere I go, luckily the girl taking payment understood and didn't try to charge extra.
