Place was good but customer service could be improved at the front. Therapist was good and got on with the job quickly and efficiently. No real complaints here, just prefer more welcoming environment

Large areas were missed, even after I mentioned the area was not fully waxed. The door was opened for a chat between staff mid-treatment and the door was again opened fully when I was not decent, without warning and many people were directly outside!
