They were in such a rush to get me out of there they had two beauticians wax me at the same time, literally at the same time, without any care for how much more that hurt. Their impatience to finish made me anxious the whole time as they weren’t careful with the Hollywood bit and ripped some of my skin off. There are now lots of patches which they missed on both half led and Hollywood. The room itself had dirty towel on the bed.

Unprofessional - felt they were rushing me.
Wax on the floor and on the treatment bed. Wouldn’t change the strips after use despite being asked on several occasions.
Painful - they insisted it was me despite explaining that I have been waxing since 15 and this is the first time it was painful

Great LVL. My lashes have been damaged from wearing extensions - this has made them look so much better while I wait for them to recover!
