I sent an email to them the day after my treatment - 4 days later and I have not received any response. I was not happy, because clearly their products are bad quality, or the lady put way too thick of a layer on because I waited the 2 hours recommended to put shoes back on and it still smudged my toe nails! I’ve had my fair share of mani/pedis and I have never experienced such a slow drying polish. Also, they need more drying fans - the one on my feet was removed to use on my hands.
