The lady who did my wax was very quick and professional. Would return just for her services but didn’t think the salon overall was very clean or inviting.

I booked for a gel polish removal. The lady didn't let my nails soak long enough in the acetone and started scratching hard on my nails with her tool. It was painful and although I was removing my fingers from her hand when it hurt she kept going. She didn't remove all of the polish and I had to tell her to remove the remaining bits. I left with some polish still on because it was very unpleasant on my nails I'd rather leave. Not the warmest customer service either.
