Horrific experience, went in for lash lift (which I’ve had before) and the woman completely singed by lashes and burnt around my eye... she left me too long and as a result I now have an eye infection and no lashes!! Do not have you eyelashes done here!

Never go here ! The room is horrible and there were staff were eating just before doing the wax. They then opened the door when I was getting ready for everyone to see. Finally the beautician ripped my mole of and I am bleeding excessively. Her response was to tell me I might be lucky and it won’t grow back. I am very worried about having to go to hospital for infection. Do not go here !!

Not the nicest environment, sat in the corner holding the gel lamp on your lap whilst having the manicure. No the cleanest of places and if you just book file and gel polish there is no pushing back of the cuticles to make sure the gel can go as high on the nail as possible.
