I ended up leaving with slightly odd eyelashes - one far more permed than the other. It also was a painful treatment which is shouldn’t be!

Venue is noisy and not at all relaxing. Staff shout to each other constantly and not in English so couldn't understand what was being said (I heard others comment on this). The atmosphere did make for quite an unnerving experience when you have to sit with your eyes closed for 45 minutes.
Treatment turned out really good, but did sting a lot. If the environment / atmosphere was more relaxing I would definitely go back. As it is I don't think I will, even though the treatment itself was good.

Was kept waiting a while, and the treatment took a lot longer than advertised, which meant I was late going to a meeting.
