When I arrived there I was ignored and had to get the attention of the beauticians. The shop was untidy and very cramped and I was then put into a corner and treated by 3 different beauticians for my treatment. One walked away halfway through to the back and I had to request my nails were finished. The staff were extremely rude and made me feel quite uncomfortable.
