I'm happy with the shape of my eyebrows, and impressed at the lack of irritation Ive been experiencing afterwards. normally my skin is red and sensitive for a few hours after, but not here. the lady who did my eyebrows was very friendly and professional. The chair is tucked away in the back of a hair salon, which is odd, but not a huge deal. only issue is that I think it is overpriced for what you get. I was in and out in literally 6 minutes, and all I needed was a tidy up - which cost £15! at my old place I'd pay the same for a shape AND a tint... but central London prices I guess!
