Good experience. No waiting time and experienced therapist. Loved the shape of my eyebrows and hardly any pain at all. Would definitely recommend.

First of all I booked an appointment on a monday and when I show up they don't have any staff in on mondays. They should have called or emailed be about this before so I didn't have to travel from east to central for no reason. Anyhow a lady at the reception rebooked my appointment for the next day which was good. The eyelash treatment were overall good and the staff friendly. However, since I booked through Wahanda it was suppose to cost me 10gbp but when I had to pay they charged me 15gbp. I complained and showed my booking and after a long phone call to her manager they agreed to charge me only 10gbp. Not happy and will not be back since they don't seem to have things under control.

I went to Malika few days ago to have my eyebrowes done and they were the best shape ever! I absolutely love it!!
