Got grant with straight away. Nails look great but Salon and seating area cramped, which spoils the experience.

One of the least relaxing experiences I’ve had. The therapist spoke loudly in Hindi to her colleagues, and when she wasn’t talking to other people she was humming into my ear. At one point she was pulling out my natural eyelashes, and when she threaded my brows she didn’t ask how I wanted them and took quite a lot of thickness out meaning I am having to fill them with pencil now. Not only did she charge me extra without any prior discussion because she “had to” do a full set of lashes not the 3/4 set i had booked, after I left she chased after me to say I had not paid on Treatwell for my brows meaning I had to show her the receipt. Avoid.
