Room too small so awkward for therapist to do her job properly. Not a very nice room. Very quick but not thorough and not a treat just practical wax.

I was expecting the facial to start with normal cleansing using cleanser that should be removed with water and ends with a soothing mask but the cleanser was removed with a dry tissue which was uncomfortable and the facial didn’t include the mask at all hense the 3 stars otherwise the rest of treatments was good
Also application of SPF should be included afterwards after this facial to protect the skin
A facial in public and the products smelled like kerosine. Staff is very friendly though

50 min pedicure was over in 30 mins, no nail buff, water way too hot and generally rough through out service

After looking online, I thought that my lashes would look more voluptuous however they look exactly the same as they do when I curl them myself with my eyelash curler. £40 later, I’m feeling a little disappointed if I’m honest.
