(Hollywood wax treatment). The entrance and main area was great - clean and professional. Halfway through the treatment, another staff knocked on the door because she needed something from the room. To my shock and horror the staff working on me switched the lights off to protect my privacy, and opened the door to hand her colleague what she needed. Considering the waxing room was tiny and I was literally by the door AND it was a Hollywood treatment..I was mortified.

Terrible experience staff are rude and there’s about 10people squashed into a small space I got up and left before my treatment
