Worst bikini and leg wax - beautician didn't care, showed no attention to detail whatsoever. Seemed to be in a hurry and could barely bother to check whether there were any hairs left in the waxed areas. Mega expensive (£87) and totally not worth it.
good pedicure I was very happy with the treatment and the girls were very nice . The only down side is that they don't have proper pedicure basins with running taps they just use a bucket filled with water but that said I was pleased with the results and didn't notice the difference after it had been done

Price was reasonable and the result was fine, nothing I haven't had before. However, the staff were unbelievably rude and unattentive. No effort at conversation, blunt responses to my questions, no smiles and overall not a pleasant experience. I would expect to leave any beauty treatment feeling relaxed but I actually felt extremely angry. I couldn't remember whether I had paid through treatwell (booked through work email address and didn't have access to emails on my phone) and they immediately made me pay because I couldn't show an email. Other treatwell venues I have been to have had access to these records and knew whether I was to pay or not. I am honestly baffled by the whole experience and their attitude towards me. I was a paying customer but it was as though I was a major inconvenience. This salon is a stones throw from my office, but I will be willing to travel further afield next time to avoid. Would not recommend ever.
