My treatment was constantly interrupted by the therapist greeting other clients and booking them in for appointments. In addition when I arrived she said it had been four weeks since my last treatment and I could not have the two week top up. She forced me to go through my phone to show her the appointment confirmation from two weeks ago. Not exactly a relaxing pampering experience

The beauty therapist was a really lovely person and did a great job. I was very happy with it. The treatment room itself was rather dingy and poorly kept but overall I'll still visit again as the treatment was swift and comfort was taken into account
