Disappointing: I’d previously had treatment with Dehanna who was amazing, really put me at ease and delivered a good treatment. I felt that I was getting good results from the course of treatment.
Dehanna is currently on maternity leave and her cover, Mina is quite unpleasant, asking about the spots on my chin in an accusatory tone of voice. I appreciate that English might not be her first language - that’s not the issue, what I object to is the cold and unsympathetic way she persisted to ask about my spots. Look, they’re hormonal spots and I didn’t choose to have them! I have come to the clinic for laser hair removal, not to be made to feel bad about my skin.
For this reason, I will not be back and will continue my treatment elsewhere.
