A lovelt relaxing experience. The only thing I would say which lets the rating down is the ladies changing facilities which need a revamp . The afternoon tea was out of this world and the staff so accomodating-many many thanks it was 'just what I needed!'
The dining and food experience was outstanding. The staff were great. Black out curtains in the room were spot on. The only down fall with the hotel for me would be the cleanliness - the room was not bad but just in general things felt a little dusty and old. Also the hotel being near an airport you would expect double glazed windows but our room had quite an old and rusty window that was a struggle to shut, but for a heavy sleeper like myself this was not a problem. Over all the room, the spa facilities and the food were absolutly fantastic value for money and I would recommend the experience to anyone looking to be wined and dined and chill for a reasonable price.
I thoroughly enjoyed the day-especially the afternoon tea! The gym is a little 'old' regarding equipment but it didn't spoil the overall day
Excellent spa break, could not fault the food both dinner and breakfast fantastic. Only downside was had to hire robes for spa and had I known this could have brought our own.
Spa needs some updating but is ok. We didn't have any treatments so can't comment in those. Afternoon tea was lovely and the actual hotel is very nice.
