This was by far the best and most professional waxing I've had. I was really nervous beforehand, in particular because I've never had a hollywood before, and top of which, I have some scarring and I'm of a larger build. However, Aurelie could not have been nicer. She put me completely at ease, and did an incredibly thorough job, as well as giving me tips on aftercare, and letting me pause whenever necessary. Beauticians I've been too previously have just hurried through, whereas Aurelie clearly takes pride in her work, doesn't rush people through, and wants clients to get best possible results. I cannot recommend her highly enough; if you're hesitating on booking because you feel self-conscious, or you haven't tried a treatment before, don't be - she's respectful, professional, and the prices are incredibly reasonable for the high level of service offered.

Lovely lady and lovely place. Made me feel completely at ease and perfectionist which is alway good. Used a special wax for the bikini line which was suprisingly painless. I will definately recommend to others.

I'm a first time spray tanner and Aurelie was an amazing teacher of all spray tan poses. Complete with actions as I stood there gingerly, she put me at ease quickly. She gave me advice on the shade of tan. She also soughr advice for me avout spray-tans and Psoriasis (very professional move- thank you) She gave me some very unflattering disposable knickers and somewhat sticky contraptions for the soles of my feet. Yes ladies it was an eye-opening experience and she was a brilliant lady to help! It took 20 mins and she was on hand for a quick class of the post-treatment tanning ritual of jumping in the bath. I genuinely look sun-kissed which is what I asked for. I'm looking forward to visiting again!
