Great sports massage. Having previously gone for more relaxing massages, I was surprised how relaxed this massage made me, I certainly felt better than after other packages. I also found the pain of certain muscles easier to deal with becuase they were given more attention. Was slightly dissapointed that 50 minutes meant online time for an upper OR lower body massage but I understand, would have liked to have known prior.
