The booking process was easy and straightforward. The therapists were FANTASTIC, they gave us a really thorough deep massage with focus on tension nodules, it was the best massage we had in the UK so far. The reason we’re giving 4 stars is because we booked 1hr treatment (couple massage) from 2-3pm. We arrived 10 mins earlier, filled in consultation forms and were ready to be seen by 2pm, but we were taken into the room about 2:05pm, and the treatment started at 2:15pm or slightly after and finished at 2:55pm, so 40mins treatment time and we paid for 1hr, so that was a bit disappointing although the massage experience was EXCELLENT and we’ll be back, reminding the reception lady that we want a full hour massage. We left feeling good just upset about the timing not being fulfilled. Thanks!

The masseuse was really friendly and really did a great job on my legs after I had an injury - however I was a bit annoyed that I paid for an hour treatment but my massage was about 45 mins.
It’s not the most relaxing atmosphere - it was in a basement and smelt that way too.

The room was in a basement and it was quite chilly and smelled humid. No oils were used for ambience and the massage oil was unscented so it all felt a little basic. The therapist was nice but didn’t seem particularly skilled at explaining things. The decor was also a bit disappointing so overall I wouldn’t come back.

Didn’t have to wait at all. My massage with Daniella was amazing. I’d easily say it’s the best I’ve ever had. She used enough pressure needed to help my very knitted back and I’m going to visit again!
