Amazing massage! My therapist did such a thorough job it felt like no muscle was neglected. And, unlike a lot of therapists, she made sure I got the full hour. Can't wait to go back!

‘Not As Good As Usual’
We turned up promptly for our couple’s massage (1850 for a 1900 appointment). We were led into our room before 1900 and waited for both our therapists to arrive. And waited...and waited.
It was 1915 before they both arrived. Our treatment still finished at the 2000 stop time and we both felt cheated. The actually massage was fine but this is an incredibly unprofessional outfit and there was nobody to complain to on our departure.
To make matters worse, I emailed Treatwell who have not owed me the courtesy of a response.
