It was worth the price. The staff who gave me the facial was very friendly and professional, I will for sure go back again.

Joe was really good - knew what she was doing. Very deep massage. Slight confusion at the start over what treatment I was having even with the booking in place. Would definitely go again though.

Paid for gel nails pedicure. My nails have been painted with gel base coat, polish in the middle and a gel top coat. So they have not dried, I have not got what I paid for (even though I asked the lady if that was DEFINITELY gel as it didn’t look like it, she said it was) and the polish has all come off inside my sock as soon as I left. It took almost an hour for this treatment even though it quoted 30 mins on treatwell. I feel I have wasted £20 and an hour of my time and will be expecting a full refund. The lady who did my nails although making this error was friendly.

The positives. The premises are very clean and very comfortable. Ensuite Toilet and shower cubicle for those that are getting body scrubs etc. Staff however were abrupt and rude because Google maps had bought me through to the side entrance, which was on a street literally 5 yards from main entrance, so phoned to find out if that was entrance. I then got told off when I got there & nothing else was said other than come. They also didn't have the treatwell booking, were annoyed I'd booked so late. Don't offer 5pm appointments if you don't want clients to book them. The massage itself is not consultive but then for £26 I realise I can't really expext that but it is in description of what you will get. I'd asked for a medium pressure massage but the lady was hell bent on killing one of my shoulders so much so I ended up in more pain than I went in with. And severe bruising. My shoulder was tender to touch up until a few days ago. Just to put it into perspective i have been getting Thai deep tissue massages for the last four years so I know they will be painful if you have knots etc however I also know you shouldn't be left bruised. I'm just sorry I wasn't organised enough to see my usual two therapists (was going on holiday and needed a last min fix) You pay for what you get, would definitely not recommend this place
