Unfortunately I had a quite bad experience. I booked my massage a day before. Arrived 5min before scheduled time. My massage was scheduled for 7pm. I was told to sit down and wait as they are busy. Waited 40min. Lady seemed annoyed that I came anyway as she was tired and wanted to go home. For almost entire hour during my massage she loaded all her frustrations on me. I felt that I paid £25 to give somebody counselling session. It was awful to hear that those poor women are harassed sexually by men who think they can pay few quid extra and get sex from them. Its not the first time I had a massage in Manchester by Thai lady and if all of them are disrespected that way then this should be investigated further. She left the room about 5 times to answer the door and I couldn't relax at all. I was told off for paying online as should have paid in store so she can get more money for it and Treatwell is a rip off as they get paid £2/customer. I'm shocked to hear that they work 7 days a week, get paid probably less than miniumum wage and don't get proper breaks to eat. I contacted Treatwell to clarify the agreement they have with their clients and it looks like its the venue itself that has suspicious working conditions... Venue itself is nice and in good location. I read previous reviews and maybe I was just unlucky to be in wrong place at the wrong time.

I think this place is great the staff and the venue are really good. The girl who did my lashes was so lovely and friendly. However I paid £40 for ‘Russian lashes’ that are not that. My friend got natural and hers look so pretty however mine look clumpy and unfinished and not like the pictures you see of Russian lashes. Not happy but I suppose that’s part of trying something new. Wish i had something different.

Possibly the best massage I've ever had. Jo took the time to ask which body parts she should work on the most and the pressure was firm but not painful. Much more thorough than I was expecting for the low price and it really helped ease the tension in my legs, back and shoulders. The therapist was running slightly late from the last client and had one waiting, so felt slightly rushed at the end, but still had the full hour I booked.
