The booking process was easy and straightforward. The therapists were FANTASTIC, they gave us a really thorough deep massage with focus on tension nodules, it was the best massage we had in the UK so far. The reason we’re giving 4 stars is because we booked 1hr treatment (couple massage) from 2-3pm. We arrived 10 mins earlier, filled in consultation forms and were ready to be seen by 2pm, but we were taken into the room about 2:05pm, and the treatment started at 2:15pm or slightly after and finished at 2:55pm, so 40mins treatment time and we paid for 1hr, so that was a bit disappointing although the massage experience was EXCELLENT and we’ll be back, reminding the reception lady that we want a full hour massage. We left feeling good just upset about the timing not being fulfilled. Thanks!
