I had a wash, cut and blow dry, the stylist Reece was very professional and attentive. I felt relaxed and was very happy with style. The atmosphere is friendily and welcoming.
Probably the most rude person named Reece I’ve ever met when attending a prepaid appointment, he kept me waiting 20mins and approached me with ‘I’m too busy to do your hair I’m doing a tint now’ when I said I had a confirmed Treatwell prepaid appointment he responded sort it out with Treatwell my tint is more important than your blow dry!! I said I don’t like your tone. The staff were cringing and looking away he retorted with ‘you are just making your bad hair day worse’ and as I left he called out ‘Have a nice day’ Outrageous. I have left a voicemail on the Directors mobile to call me. Over seven hours have passed and no reply! Delighted they didn’t touch my hair! Arrogance and contempt personified - A rather young foolish person without experience of life or business clearly. If you get attitude ..walk - better still choose from hundreds of quality alternatives
