Slight wait to get seen, and the ambience of the place is slightly lacking but I genuinely left feeling like I’d had the best haircut that I’ve had in years 😊

They completely ignored me when I came in, no one spoke to me or offered me a drink, they told me the beauticians will be with me soon and I sat there for 20minutes, not one person spoke to me! I had to stop a staff member as she walked passed not even with acknowledging my presence to ask about the beauticians, she then offered me a drink. Not one of the staff acknowledge me for 20 full minutes
