Manicure took 1 hour 40 minutes. Ok quality, not good or bad, but this is way too long. The system offered both mani and pedi in a 1 hour 20 minutes time slot. Had to cancel pedicure. Staff called twice to reschedule the appointment. Something obviously the matter with scheduling in the place. Otherwise it is clean and would have been a good value - but did not deliver on booked package.

My experience was nice and relaxing from the start. Could fault the service or haircut. Would highly recommend
A roomy salon in the centre of Bournemouth. Very friendly staff. Good blow dry of short hair done as I asked. Beauty technician had tremendous attention to detail
