Feel really ripped off! Booked manicure accidentally instead of pedicure. Described as luxury pedicure only to be informed it’s a gel overlay. I also asked if she would go over my nails as my hands had chipped from elsewhere, rather than offering pedicure she proceeded too buff my hands, however only 6/10 nails needed doing yet I was still charged full price. No filing or cuticle removal was required as this had done previously. Then refused for pedicure as this is false advertisement.
