Julie has been doing my hair since 2009, after I contacted her for a consultation for my wedding. From that first meeting we had a great relationship, she listened to what I wanted and advised on various options, both for growing/ restyling my hair in the run up to the wedding and styles for the actual wedding day.
When it comes to hair up Julie has a real talent for this. For my wedding she did my hair, five bridesmaids and both mums, each one was perfect for them and lasted until 4am! Since then Julie has put my hair up for a number of corporate events and weddings, often squeezing me in at short notice and always getting the perfect style to match my outfit. Generally now, I show her my dress and jewellery and let her decide on the style, which is always followed by numerous compliments for friends and colleagues!
When we first met my hair was in a bob, which with Julie's help I have grown out and re-styled. I have changed the colour numerous times and Julie has always encouraged me to be braver, and each time I have always been really happy with the result. I have long, dark brown hair and I recently added some highlights around the face. I saw a course Julie had been on and fancied a change, I am really pleased with the result which is perfect for summer.
Whilst Julie may not be the cheapest hairdresser, for me you get real value for money. Her level of qualification and experience really show with the quality of service and the hairstyle you get. I would absolutely recommend Julie and Mango Hair.

Describe your visit to Mango Hair Design
Julie the proprietor of Mango Hair Design has been my hairdresser for over 5 years and I would not go anywhere else. She is a highly skilled and experienced hairdresser who really knows her stuff and gives good reliable advice. The colour she does looks natural and lasts ages, and the cut just falls into place, even with my limited blow drying skills. A visit to her delightful chalet-style salon is a calming and relaxing experience, ideal if, like me, you find the frenetic atmosphere of a busy salon intimidating!

Couldn't recommend Julie more! She is so passionate in what she does and gives 100% every time, she listens to what you want!! I'm constantly changing my colour and Julie is always up for the challenge bringing plenty of ideas with new colour ranges and achieves exactly what I want every time. Booked in for my hair extensions next month and I couldn't be more excited, I know it will look incredible!

Can't recommend Mango enough this was my first visit and will definitely not be my last. Julie took time to listen to what style I wanted and the result was perfect EXACTLY the look I was going for. The salon was spotless and Julie is a lovely lady who really seems to care that her clients leave happy, which I most certainly did.
